Description
Shambling at the heart of the Great Hunger, the Matagot Hag is a grotesque parody of motherhood—an undying cradle of ruin carried aloft by the very monstrosities she births. Suspended between agony and purpose, her bloated form swells and splits in a relentless cycle, each rupture bringing forth new horrors to join Beelzebub’s feast.
Every inch of the sculpt captures her warped sanctity: sagging flesh stitched with black veins, gaping womb-like rents that glisten with half-formed thralls, and the haunting posture of a matriarch whose love has curdled into something abominable. Around her feet cling the wretched children she commands—a writhing procession that shields her as she keens her false lullabies across the battlefield.
Mounted on an imposing 60mm sculpted base, the Matagot Hag stands as a centrepiece of terrible devotion, a living icon of the corruption festering through the Trench Crusade. Her presence on the table is unmistakable: unsettling, majestic, and absolutely unforgettable.
